CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS
Certified translations are one of our main activities. We have the right to carry out this translation by virtue of the authorisation received from the Ministry of Justice This authorisation provides exactly for which languages it is issued and is valid on the territory of Romania. Currently, Mixt Source Management performs certified translations into and from English. However, we aim to permanently expand our language portfolio by working with other certified translators.
CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS
The certified translation service involves the authentication of the authorised translator’s signature by a notary public. Thus, notary legalisation can be carried out only for certified translations, made by a translator authorised by the Ministry of Justice.
Mixt Source Management authorised translation and interpreting services in Bucharest. We translate any type of document (study papers, medical documents, balance sheets, tax records, divorce court rulings, etc.) and ensure notary legalisation for all translations made within our office. We can also deal with the application of The Hague Apostille for certified translations by our office as well as the superlegalisation of the MFA of the acts that require this legalisation.
HIGH VOLUME TRANSLATION CONTRACTS
These types of contracts are our main activity. Under such a contract, our customers will benefit from much lower prices than those charged for a small number of pages. The main condition is that the number of pages ordered in a calendar year should be at least 50, charged on the first order.
RATES AND METHOD OF CALCULATION:
Our standard English rates are as follows:
▶ Text page + image in editable format (word) = 30 lei
The page contains 2,000 characters with translated spaces; Documents translated under 2,000 characters with spaces are charged with 1 PAGE; Documents translated over 2,000 characters will be calculated by dividing by 2,000, adding 1 PAGE for the rest of the characters. For contracts with multiple documents, the number of characters will be calculated, applying the above division to the total number of characters in all the contract documents.
In the case of standard documents (acquisition, civil status documents, identity card, studies documents), the fee is indicated per physical page.
For specialised texts (legal, economic, technical, medical) the tariff may vary and will be calculated according to its difficulty.
The rate for urgent translations can vary between 50 %-300 % of the total cost of translation and additional services and applies to requests honoured on the same day, those with high volume and short execution time, or works entered on rest days or public holidays.
