Entrepreneurship

We are an organisation accredited by the Ministry of Labor to develop and teach entrepreneurship courses addressed to several target groups in Romania. Also, within international projects we develop and implement targeted entrepreneurship courses to disadvantaged groups (e.g. Immigrants) or specialised (e.g. Psychologists).

We are also aware that in order to become a successful entrepreneur it is necessary to meet more features than the raw information about how to deliver. First of all, within the MSM we holistically approach entrepreneurship by integrating it with other aspects of life or subjects such as:

▶ Identification of personal motivation to open the business. Finding the Source of Happiness in the Work

▶ Changing of personal attitudes from employee (I do my job and boss handles all others) to entrepreneur (I am responsible for all aspects of business – even if I have collaborators)

▶ Creation of a daily/weekly business development routine

▶ Recognition of stress response for Perfectionism, Procrastination, Paralysis and Thanksgiving
