Training and dissemination event within the iPath2Upskilling project

The iPath2Upskilling project recorded a high audience at the 2 events presenting the project results and the work submitted by the consortium in the 2 and a half years of work.

The first meeting was in Bucharest, on March 9th, in one of the major Business Centers in the capital, gathering 29 participants who showed their need for a professional retraining or advice in choosing the right career. The second meeting, the next day, was in Calarasi, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, where 21 participants from the same target group arrived.

The discussions were productive and involved the public in the debate on broader topics. The presentation of the project platforms and the courses available on the 4 areas of interest regarding the preparation of transversal skills for a job have sparked interest and underlined once again their need in communities.

The participants agreed on the quality of the event and the usefulness of the information received and expressed their desire to participate in the following events, on similar topics and to cover more thoroughly the integration area of young people freshly out of school, in the field of work, taking into account the lack of practical skills they have.
