Training event of the internal team of iPath2Upskilling project partners

Through the iPath2Upskilling project, we participated together with 2 people dealing with adult education in an international online training, held together with the consortium partners, about the use of the resources generated through the project. Its aim was to empower 10 direct beneficiaries from the 5 countries (educators, trainers and other staff supporting adult learners) from partner organisations with the necessary skills to use the iPath2UpSkilling platform and program for the benefit of low-skilled/skilled adults.

Following this training, the consortium created the benefits:

• Improving and expanding the offer of high-quality learning opportunities tailored to the needs of low-skilled or low-skilled adults
• Giving access to clear ways to return to education/vocational training
• Give access to high-level professionals available to combine and create personalised learning paths to guide them and help them start to improve.
• Improving their skills in line with the skills required by the economy, improving employability and quality of life.
