Omnia focuses on developing NEETs through a green and circular economy model. Developing knowledge and skills on this topic is a need to be developed among young people in order to support them in combating unemployment and low skilled employment, which can weaken the country’s human capital.
Colour Therapy Project
Through our project we aim to develop an innovative training package for health training trainers to be used as a basic tool to train healthcare support staff, familiarise them with PTD and enhance their skills and competences to recognise and treat people with traumatic disorders through appropriate strategies to de-escalate stressful interactions.
Young Women at Work Project
W@W aims to empower young women, creating the right conditions for active participation in the labour market, which is considered imperative for economic and social development and the sustainability of European societies.
STREM Project
Given the stress at work and mental health problems employees can suffer from, the “stress-free employees” project aims to develop a profile and a set of skills for an Employee Satisfaction Officer (ESO), who will lead well-being activities in each company and employee community in order to improve the employees’ mental state.
iPath2UpSkilling Project
The project proposes the iPath2UpSkilling & Programme platform as a concept of innovative online modular platform that will provide professionals with the right tools, resources and skills to guide and support low-skilled people; low-skilled adults on their path to upskilling, improving and expanding the offer of high-quality learning opportunities.
CultLit 4 Youth Project
Designing innovative training content and methodologies for youth workers in terms of cultural literacy, with the efficient use of ICT. Increase the knowledge, skills and competences of youth workers to support young people, including young migrants, in the integration process.
DigitA Project
The main purpose of the project is to facilitate the development of digital skills of adult trainers as well as support staff for adult learners in various sectors and activities. The project is based on the EC Digital Skills Framework.
Glad Project

Rural+ Project
Our project proposes a solution to improve the attractiveness of vocational education students to potential employers by improving the soft skills they will use in the employment process and throughout their professional life.
Digital Arts Project
The project aims to specialise artists in entrepreneurship using digital techniques and tools, as well as in selling digital creations
