Cultural Literacy for Youths: Youth Workers contribution to young people’s Cultural Literacy

The CultLit4Youth project focuses on the role of youth workers/trainers/mentors in promoting the culture of young people in Europe, with a focus on immigrants and refugees in order to integrate them into the diverse EU society.
OBJECTIVES
▶ Design innovative training content and methodologies for youth workers in terms of cultural literacy, with the efficient use of ICT;
▶ Increase knowledge, skills and competences of youth workers to support young people, including young migrants, in the integration process.
▶ Improving the development of pedagogical skills for teaching cultural literacy issues;
▶ Create a creative, motivating and positive learning environment.
