Innovative guidance and training services for low-skilled and low-qualified adults iPath2UpSkilling

The overall aim of the project is to support adult educators with the platform and an innovative program called iPath2UpSkilling as well as the specific skills to use it, to ensure high-quality upskilling pathways for low-skilled or low-skilled adults with orientation; formal and non-formal education, training & coaching services.
OBJECTIVES
Over the course of 30 months, the project aims to:
▶ Development of the iPath2UpSkilling Platform (O1).
▶ Develop the iPath2UpSkilling Program as an approach to upskilling pathways for low-skilled and low-skilled adults (O2).
▶ Empower 25 educators, trainers and other staff to support adult learners with the necessary skills to use the iPath2UpSkilling platform and program (C1 and C2).
▶ Expand at least 50 partnerships with vocational training providers, competence assessment centres & second chance adult schools (O3).
▶ To raise public awareness of the results of the project per 1000 people.
PROJECT RESULTS
▶ Design and development of the iPath2UpSkilling platform (MSM-coordinated result)
▶ Development of guides for end-users of the iPath2UpSkilling platform
▶ Development of resources and content of iPath2UpSkilling platform (Result coordinated by STANDO Ltd)
