Stressless Employees – Introducing the profile of Employee Satisfaction Officer to tackle work-related stress

Considering the workplace stress and mental health issues that employees can suffer from, the Stress Free Employees project aims to develop a profile and skill set for an Employee Satisfaction Officer (ESO) that will leads wellness activities in each company and employee community to improve employee mental health.
OBJECTIVES
Given the stress at work and mental health problems employees can suffer from, the “stress-free employees” project aims to develop a profile and a set of skills for an Employee Satisfaction Officer (ESO), who will lead well-being activities in each company and employee community in order to improve the employees’ mental state.

▶ Report on the well-being of employees in European countries
▶ Profiling Document and Curricullum Training for Employee Satisfaction Officer
▶ Course for training the employee satisfaction officer, and course testing actions
▶ Breviar and training manual on the work of the employee satisfaction officer
